GOOD NEWS! I've decided to offer all workshops in a FREE version and a pay version so that I can get some people
to participate and get some feedback.
Regarding "Creative Practices for Healing and Renewal," I'd like to offer that as a FREE three-day workshop, and then
if you want to see the rest, it will cost $20.
And regarding "Creative Dreaming 101," I will offer it FREE for one week, and then if you'd like to continue the course,
it will cost $87.50.
And again, if you want to do this, but finances are a problem for you (I know that situation because they're often a
problem for me) let me know...I'm sure we can work out a situation that is mutually beneficial to all!

Creative Practices for Healing and Renewal This workshop will explore several types of meditative activity
to assist you in healing. Whether it's figuring out what you're thinking, or needing to change your thinking,
or just taking some time out to indulge your inner child, it is my hope that you will leave this workshop renewed…and
with tools to know yourself better. Cost: $30 Hosted online at health.groups.yahoo.com/group About the workshop leader… Elizabeth Brown-Shook has over 10 years of experience in
music and education. She is a compassionate instructor, an excellent listener, a creative thinker, and a problem solver.
She has been a teacher, a tutor, and a church musician. After not finding fulfillment in these fields, she embarked
on a period of deep soul-searching, where she reached the conclusion, with some help from her divine creator, that she is
to reach out to those who wish to improve their self-esteem by running workshops such as "Creative Practices for Healing and
Renewal."

Creative Dreaming 101
An eight week workshop designed for the person who knows s/he has a creative dream, but doesn't know what it is, or has
a creative dream in its infancy and is unsure how to proceed. If you enjoy authors such as SARK, Barbara Sher, and Julia
Cameron, this workshop is for you!
